Cancellation Terms & Refund Policy
Roll-Over/ Freezing of Classes: Elevate pass, Flex & Flow Pass & Elite Circle Access Pass.
Packagae Cancellation
  Cancellation is free of charge. 100% of the value of the unused/balance classes will be refunded to the client.
– Cancellation after 48 hours of attending your first class, or after attending any subsequent class: 50% of the value of the unused/balance classes will be refunded.
– Expired packages: No refunds will be provided after the package expiry date, including any applicable frozen/freeze period.
Class Cancellation
– Any individual class must be cancelled at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled class time.
– If a class is cancelled less than 12 hours before the scheduled time, or the client does not attend, the class credit will be considered consumed and will not be reinstated.
Refund Processing
– Once a refund has been approved and confirmed, Pinchä Yoga Center will endeavour to process the refund within 3–5 banking days.

By booking a class or purchasing a package, the client confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to Pinchä Yoga Center’s Terms & Conditions, Cancellation Terms and Refund Policy.
Clients are requested to review the applicable terms carefully before making a booking or purchasing a package.

Roll-Over/Freezing of Classes: Elevate pass, Flex & Flow Pass & Elite Circle Access Pass.
Freezing Option: Can Freeze the Pack for Elevate pass: Up to 2 Weeks; Flex & Flow: Up to 4 Weeks; eCAP Up to 8 Weeks. (Freezing request has to be informed minimum 48 Hours in advance)
Roll-Over of Pass, Beyond the Given Validity Period is to be Done Within 7 Days Before the Expiry Date of The Pass. Not Applicable to Unlimited Pass.
Rollover approval to be at discretion of management.
